THE OFFICIAL APP - Use this app to discover some of the Australian National Botanic Gardens bird life by exploring the images, bird calls and detailed descriptions of nearly 50 birds. Included is information on walks where you are likely to see abundant bird life and some itineraries to help you make the most of your time at the gardens.
The Australian National Botanic Gardens is rich in bird life with over 200 species recorded. A vast range of habitats are found in the area - Red Centre garden, rock gardens, rainforest environment and native forests. Many birds are residents, others are travellers passing through and some are of special significance due to their threatened species status.
